Lacrimae Rerum IV

This work consists of fifteen hand-formed Porcelain bottles, high fired and finished with a clear glaze. This piece was created in collaboration with Elena Cecchinato.  Elena focuses primarily on drawing as a ritual that reconciles our inner experiences with the external world.  Her drawings were made into ceramic transfers then applied to the bottles along with other images of plants and insects. This collection was hung by a hemp cord from a single hook.
