Shoreline 7

Number 7 of the Shoreline series, a collection of fifteen hand-formed Porcelain lachrymatories. Some bottles have been treated with raku glazes, and others with smoking and saggar-firing techniques. Some bottles have been coloured using porcelain slips and others with wild beach clay. The bottles are hung from a rusted steel shelf with hemp cord. Various found objects have been used for stoppers, including orange sea sponge, rusty nails, drift wood, tiny shells and Atlantic sea fan coral.
