Shoreline 4

Number 4 of the Shoreline series is a collection of fourteen hand-formed Porcelain lachrymatories. Two raku glazes have been developed for these bottles, a black using magnesium and copper oxides and a yellow glaze made with titanium dioxide. The stoppers have been decorated with shells and some tops are the skeleton of an Atlantic sea fan coral. These bottles are hung by a linen cord from a rusted steel shelf, each anchored in place by a porcelain egg.
